Our Programs

REACH integrates enrichment experiences into a cradle-to-career pipeline, focused on increasing diversity in STEM and healthcare professions and developing the workforce of the future. Our overall goals are to increase high school graduation rates, college matriculation, interest in STEM and healthcare careers; along with building skills for the 21st-century workforce, including communication, collaboration, critical thinking, creativity, and leadership. Through enrichment, engagement, skills training and high-quality work-based learning, Rush is preparing underrepresented youth for success in the healthcare industry.
